  3. Acceptable use and restricted access

    You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

    You acknowledge that by participating in the online multiplayer game Director of Rugby you have an obligation to play responsibly for the benefit of all participants.

    Specifically, you must not

    1. control more than one club in a game scenario;
    2. collude with another player in a game scenario to gain unfair advantage;
    3. play the game in a deliberately irresponsible or reckless way;
    4. Fail to actively manage your club. In the interests of all participants, if you do not login for a period of 30 consecutive days, you will be removed as Director of Rugby and your club will become available for other users to manage. You will not qualify for a refund of any subscription fees.

    If, in our sole discretion, we deem that you have infringed any of these rules we may disable your user ID and password without notice or explanation. In such event, no refund of all or any part of your annual subscription will be made.

    Access to certain parts of the website is restricted. You must ensure that your email address and passwords are kept confidential.

  4. Limited warranties

    Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the data and material on the website is kept up-to-date.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and / or the reasonable use of care and skill)
